Mr. Nitin Kumar Shukla is a visionary healthcare leader with 19 years of experience in building and scaling Pharma and Diagnostics businesses across India. He has held senior leadership roles at Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Merck Ltd, SRL Diagnostics, Suburban Diagnostics, Core Diagnostics, and Max Lab Ltd.

As Director & CEO, he leads Biopath Diagnostics — a network of 6 state-of-the-art NABL-accredited labs in Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai, Chandrapur, Yavatmal, and Chhindwara. Under his strategic leadership, Biopath is expanding with 3 new integrated centers offering Pathology, Radiology, and Gynecology under one roof to deliver comprehensive patient care in Central India.

Dr. Rutuja Dongare is a Consultant Microbiologist with an MBBS and MD in Microbiology from Goa Medical College, where she graduated as the University Topper in 2016.

With over 10 years of experience across clinical, academic, and diagnostic laboratories, Dr. Dongare brings deep expertise in advanced diagnostic technologies and laboratory quality systems.
